District Introduce: "Himalay konna"panchagar is situated in northern part near himalay. Social and cultural history enriched Pannchagar district. Actually panchagar consist of five (05) fortress, Namely (01) Mirgar,(02) Bhitar gar,(03) Hossain gar,(04) Raj gar, & (05) Boddeshwari gar. Every body predicted that due to the five fortresses its name was Panchagar.

Boundary: East Bengal to its north Thakurgaoan, Dinazpur to its South, Nilfamari to its east, West Bengal state of India in the west area.

Area: The area of the districts is Approximately 1,297 square Kilometer.
Population: The population of the districts is nearly-7, 345978
Male: 381572
Female: 364406
Rivers: Kawrotoa, PathorRaj, Mahananda etc. 

Thana: Panchagar Districts Consist of five Thana. These are Panchagar, Boda, Tatulia, Debigong and Atowari.
Educational Institute:
There are 310 primary school, and so many School, College & other educational Institute in this Districts.
